"Exceptional Stay at Silken Ramblas: Outstanding Staff and Prime Location". Overall, our stay at Silken Ramblas was great. The hotel's location in the center of Barcelona was perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to both breakfast ladies. We were especially grateful for the assistance of Estanislavo and Edwardo at the reception, who helped us book train tickets to Madrid, arrange a taxi to the stadium , and handle all other inquiries we had during our stay with a smile.. .

Amazing modern hotel for a couples weekend! Highly recommend!. I stayed there for the weekend with my girlfriend and the hotel was absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to make the weekend special for us and Rochelle on reception was amazing. The hotel is modern and comfortable and in a great location for exploring Barcelona. Walking distance from most of the attractions. Will definitely visit again!. .

Barcelona is the most unfriendly city we have visited.. The gentleman on check in was so helpful and very welcoming.. Residents lounge closed quite early. Staff on reception were not helpful on the Sunday..

Great location but not great service. In the heart of Las Ramblas. Sauna was not working. Room was too warm. Had to open windows just to cool off..
