. It was a very small room, but location was ideal. The floor was carpet, but it wasn’t the cleanest floors. The bathroom was very clean. However, the room was extremely stuffy and the AC wasn’t really working. It’s a true 3 star hotel. Love that it was dog friendly and staff was very nice. . .

. This hotel is exactly as it is in pictures, but just keep in mind that all hotels in Paris are quite small, so don’t be surprised by the size of the room. The location is very ideal. It is a short walk from arc de triumph and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. This location is about a 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, which is very walkable and the streets are very safe. During check-in staff was very helpful and provided instructions on how to get a round Paris. The room itself was very clean and had everything that was needed, including a safe. Was quite impressed with the amenities. . .

. Excellent location for a trip to Paris. Staff went above and beyond. Hotel extremely clean and well kept. Rooms are a little small, but that’s to be expected. Only negative is significant stairs getting into and out of the property that would restrict some people with disabilities.. .

The area is excellent very near transportation and several dining options.
Our reservation was lost when we arrived and the first night we stayed in a very small room with no A/C. However the host moved us the day after and things were improved.
Aside from the convenience there's not much to say. The breakfast was very basic and the overall convenience was at the low end. Typical 3* hotel in Paris.. .

Great. Great location, being so close to Arc du Triomphe and still in a quiet area. Two metro stations close (Kleber and Etoile).
The rooms were comfortable, very clean and with good mattresses. We had a triple room and it had a fairly good size for Paris standards.
The breakfast was absolutely great! Loved it and totally worth the price.
There is a small market (fanprix) nearby and only one small boulangerie nearby (not the best)
Downsides: One of our rooms had a bathtub, and it was too high and it concerned us as our mother could slip. If you have a disability , the hotel entrance could be an issue as it has stairs.. .

Zahir the manager was fantastic and knowledgeable around the surrounding areas. 3 star on cleanliness as I informed the staff to clean the room which wasn’t done and I also overheard another customer request for a room clean but was told the staff only come in the morning and there was nothing they can do. Also, there was a distinct odor when you first enter the room. However the staff and location made up for it. . .

. Property was great but the stairs comming off of Victor Hugo to get to the entrance of the hotel needed attention. The steps may not be owned and managed by the hotel but it indirectlt reflex on the hotel. Keeping them clean and washed off would be a plus. . .
