The hotel was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff very helpfull and kind.

Great hotel, but only if you enjoy cold showers. Fabulous location, felt safe, easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and Barberini. Nice restaurants in the area.
Staff were lovely. Even had a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival.
Hotel was comfortable but without usual 4 star amenities, like coffee/tea making, oh, and hot water. You know, a basic! Four nights without hot water. Each day we complained and each day were were told it was fixed/being fixed. Because we were out all day, we didn’t get to address the issue until late in the evening and we were pretty tired by then. It wouldn’t have been so bad if it was the height of summer and hot but it wasn’t. I would 100% return to this hotel if there was a guarantee of hot, or even a quite warm, shower/hot water!. .

Nice location and boutique vibe, but terrible service and unacceptable room conditions completely ruined our stay – not. Our experience at this hotel was unacceptable. Upon arrival, the sink and shower in our room were not working. Despite repeated requests, nothing was fixed, and we were forced to switch rooms at 11:30 PM after a long day—only to find that the second room was even worse: tiny, with a broken window and more issues.
It took three days and multiple complaints before we were finally moved to a room that was actually suitable. The hotel caused us stress, sleepless nights, and completely ruined the beginning of our vacation. Communication with management has been poor even after our stay, and our refund request is being ignored.
While the location is decent and the lobby has a nice boutique feel, these do not make up for the poor service and unacceptable conditions we experienced.
The final room we received was overly bright in the morning due to very poor curtains, and we were woken up by sunlight every day around 6 AM.
Absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. .
