Make sure you stay on floor 5 or higher. I first want to start off by saying I was with a touring group and if it were not for that, I wouldn’t have known this information and my review may have been higher but for that reason, I have to rank this hotel low. First, we were placed on the third floor with average rooms while most of our group was placed on higher floors with state of the art rooms. This was extremely frustrating considering the fact that we were paying the same price. Comparing our hotel rooms was almost like we were not even staying at the same hotel. Next, the rooms had absolutely no temperature control. My friend’s room reached 85 degrees and the staff said that there was nothing they could do about it which brings me to my next point that the staff was unwilling to help or accommodate. We kindly asked the staff if we could have robes because our room didn’t have any while the higher floors did and they literally just said no. No explication, nothing. Lastly, the walls are EXTREMELY thin. I could hear every time the room above us flushed the toilet or turned on the shower, every conversation of the rooms next to us, and a constant banging noise at all hours of the night coming from above us which made it extremely difficult to sleep. Overall, I would say that I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and if you do decide to stay here, make sure you stay on floors 5 or higher if you want to have a slightly better experience.. .
