FALSE ADVERTISING--AVOID. . Scam. Not two rooms but only one. Broken elevator, other guests said they got stuck for an hour and had to be rescued by police. Unsafe stairs. Unhelpful customer service. Booking dragging its feet to respond to my refund and compensation request. This experience makes me decide to stop dealing with Booking..

Great location and an okay flat. It was a good central location with several bus stops close by as well as the metro stops. Plenty of food places just outside. It’s a very secure building with several locked doors with keypads before you get to your room. The lift is very small, my mums wheelchair had to be closed down to fit into the lift with one other person just fitting in with it. We waited a long time for fresh towels to be delivered to the flat and had to contact the owners a few time to get them. In the flat the rooms were very warm at night even with the heating off and the windows don’t fully open. It would have been nice to have a sofa to sit on as the only options were the bed in the main room or the chairs that go with the dining table.

Convenient, clean and affordable but small, one bed is in living area so not great for 4 people.. Inside the property was clean and sufficiently well-equipped. The shower was good, the beds were comfortable, the towels and bed linen were clean. It is centrally located, close to Saint Lazare station, with restaurants close by. There were two juliet balconies overlooking Rue Saint Lazare.. The apartment was on the 4th floor with a lift that didn't work. The entrance halls and stairway were dirty and the stair carpet was dangerous as it was coming loose. The apartment was not the one shown in the pictures. The space was very small and it was not really two bedrooms - one bed was in a space in main living area separated by a partial wall..
