اتمنى طاقم الفندق مايتغير. الموظفين بالاستقبال متعاونين لدرجة كبيرة واحببت الفندق من معاملتهم (للاسف ماحفظ اساميهم). موظف بالاستقبال ( شعره طويل ) لم يكن متعاون معي ، لا اعرف السبب !!
اقتراح ( اتمنى اضافة غسالة ملابس بالغرف )

A comfortable, clean stay with friendly staff, a perfect location, and exceptional service.. We had a wonderful stay at Roy’s Hotel & Suites. The apartments were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Vildan — she was incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return!. Nothing - everything was amazing..

Comfortable stay!. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Spa facilities were also good. Very good location, 5 min walk from Tram station. Nearby you will find restaurants, supermarkets and juiice shops.. Breakfast was good but repetitive, and for initial 2 days there was no buffet breakfast possibly due to low occupancy.
Cleanliness of rooms could be improved however once we raised this they did sort it out...

. The staff was perfect. They were very helpful especially to find the crib with real sizes ) Location was very good. Walking distance to T1 and Galataport. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Breakfast should be improved.
