A lovely weekend spent roaming the beautiful streets of Paris, with the most magical stay !. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing !! We stayed in a room facing the courtyard so it was silent at night. They left a happy birthday surprise in the room which was so lovely! Really clean, great value for money. We will definitely stay again, top service!. .

This hotel chain will be my first choice from now on if their location fits with my visit.. The room and entire hotel have a feel of classic top quality but modern too. The bathroom was great - large shower - easy to use. Great heater in the bathroom, very nice products, unlimited supply of very nice water and great coffee. Clean and good quality abound. I was on the GF and it overlooked a pretty courtyard. The drapes were cord operated and worked well and they were heavy and great insulation. The room had everything I needed and loads of sockets.
The staff were the best - and you really get a feel that his hotel chain know what they are about - so professional. The staff were helpful and genuinely welcoming and friendly.. I loved everything..
