Lovely hotel which is close to Disney Patks and Village. Great staff service and comfortable bed. Close to Disney parks and Villages.
Many transportation options.
Spacious room and nice coffee in the room. Daily free bottle water supply will be great.

Great experience but not sure if I would hurry back.. We loved the theming, the closeness to the park, the breakfast was lovely (we paid extra for this), the character meet and greet, baggage was in the room when we returned from the park, the pool and helpfulness of staff.. For a 4 star hotel there were a few flaws, mirror in bathroom was damaged, the shower was a nightmare, plug in bath didn’t work correctly and magic key on my phone wouldn’t work..

it is a good idea. maybe families can come and take photos in it (the art is very nice).. location is very close to disney parks and rail station and restaurants. the room was very comfortable and suite a family. the staff was very welcoming and gave us the spiderman theme room as i requested. but the all floor theme was something else. the art in general is very beautiful. it felt more like a business hotel than a family hotel. the art is nice. maybe adding marvel characters to hang around will give it a better disney vibe (like we had in cheyenne hotel with toystory and of course the princesses we had in disney hotel).
the water stream in the shower was between very bad to no exists although i opened the tap all the way. and the sink looked cracked. but it was the pattern.
we came there after one night in cheyenne and 2 nights in disneyland hotel, hoping to preserve the same experience in this hotel as well. but it felt more cold. I saw it has many conference rooms. so maybe the purpose of the hotel is more for conventions and less for families ..
