It is a very basic clean hotel with no frills.. The location of the accommodation is very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to Roma Termini Train Station, Bus Station and Metro Station (Line A) also within walking distance to nearly all attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy. Our family had two rooms and we both had triple room with a good size bathroom. These rooms are very clean and had daily maid service but you will need to bring a shower cap, tooth bush and toothpaste as these items are not provided by the Hotel and I had to ask reception for towels and to refill the liquid soap in one room. There was no fridge in the rooms and you will have to bring your own Kettle, Tea and Coffee, etc. The Safety deposit box did not work in both rooms. The breakfast spread is very limited. The free bag storage room was appreciated. Prices for cots are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Free Wi-Fi which is good.. .

There was space for a European hotel room. However, the bathroom was in need of repair. The breakfast was not great.. Lobby was nice. The shower was impossibly small for a grown adult. The hairdryer was hanging off the wall with a big gap and a hole behind it. Other fixtures in the bathroom were barely hanging on the wall. The mattress was rockhard..

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean.. Close proximity to Termini. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Good hotel. Was a little unsure after reading some of the reviews, and from this I will give a honest review. Upon arrival at the windrose the staff were very helpful and check in was easy , I agree that the rooms are quite small but adequate for our needs. Shower cubicle was small but had really good water pressure and had shelves to put you stuff on, room and bedding cleaned daily hotel kept spotless. Breakfast was the usual Continental and there was a good choice, my only issue is I paid for breakfast for the week, eggs on toast was available but at an extra cost not part of the paid breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and air con worked well good wifi signal in the room. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close to termani. Overall we had a very pleasant comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again.. .

Great Location. The hotel is in a great location. We stayed in a quadruple room which clean and tidy with a good size bathroom. The breakfast was very disappointing, there wasn't much of a selection (nothing like the pictures advertised). Although the little coffee shop next door is excellent value for money, we just ended up going there each morning. The other disappointing thing, which is out of the hotels control is the groups staying at the hotel we're very loud going to and from the other rooms. All in all we stay at this hotel again, but just get room only.. .

Very good. Location and the room was clean and nice. Shower was luke warm so that is why we probably wouldn't go back but overall really nice people , clean and great location , no kettle either.

A decent hotel near the train station, not fancy at all.. It was very close to the train station, which is what we wanted because we had an early flight to catch in the morning.. Room was tiny Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors.

All in all a honest hotel. The staff was very friendly. The location was great, close to Termini and walking distance from bus and metro stations. The shower cabin was quite small. The breakfast could be more variated..
