I would stay here again. I loved the location of this hotel. Very close to public transportation (bus, metro/subway) and the area had a safe, neighborhood feel (as opposed to a touristy location). Stores, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies all nearby. I was on a high floor, so my room was quiet. Breakfast was good and the the waitstaff was friendly. My room was clean, large with plenty of storage space (and hangers!). Bathroom had a large counter which I prefer.. Bed was a bit firm for me, but that is a personal preference..

Dodgy biling experience. Dodgy experience - I made a "Pay at Hotel" booking but the hotel charged me straightaway. When I questioned it, hotel said it was their policy, however that is not stated anywhere in thier documented fee
s and policies. This is a breach of consumer law that requires advising customers of all conditions of a purchase before they agree to the transaction. Experience put me off Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Gran Via due to lack of integrity and transparency in billing.. .

Very good. The location of the hotel was handy, the room was big and nicely decorated. Breakfast was nice in the mornings.. The walls were quite thin and there are not many plugs to charge your devices (there are usb ports)..

Excellent value for money hotel. Clean and quiet hotel. The beds were good. Great breakfast. The location was excellent. The metro station was behind the hotel. You could get fresh snacks from the bakery next door. The only downside was that the TV channels were really bad.
