Lovely staff, good hotel if looking to stay near the airport. Staff were friendly. Room was cold and I couldn’t turn up the heat. Doors were locked when I arrived and I was outside for a while waiting to be let in..

Expected more when seeing booking photos but the place was in much better worse condition.. Beds were comfortable.. The pictures of this property look beautiful but when you get into the hotel, it looks kind of rough. Things were broken in the bathroom, water leaking around the shower. Breakfast was ok. Rooms a lot smaller than expected..

Easy stay if staying for overnight to fly out of ORLY airport.. Location near tram station. Also one stop on tram from ORLY airport. Appreciative of reception offering a comped breakfast.. Water didn’t get very hot..

Good location, poor amenities.. We had to sleep close to the airport and this was the best option that met our budget. The room was big and it looked nice. The shower was also good. We enjoyed being close to the airport for our flight the next day.. I really don't know how this hotel is a 4* hotel. The amenities were poor: there were no slippers in the room (when we asked at the reception they said they didn't have any), the bed and pillows had stains all over it, and the bathroom was quite small compared to the size of the room..
