Family Holiday. Dear Aderans Hotel Team,
My name is Jotti, and I am deaf. My family and I recently stayed at Aderans Hotel. We were happy with our stay overall, but I would like to share some important feedback.
We were disappointed that breakfast was not available. Also, only paper cups were provided, which were very weak. It would be much better to have proper mugs with teaspoons.
We also found it very difficult to find the bus stop. When we waited, the bus did not arrive, so we had to order a taxi instead.
Another issue was communication with staff. My son, who is also deaf, tried to explain something to staff by showing them on his mobile phone, but the staff did not understand his English explanation. This caused me stress and made things difficult for us as deaf guests.
I kindly ask that staff receive more training in how to communicate respectfully and clearly with deaf people, whether from the UK or abroad. This will make the hotel more welcoming and accessible for future guests with disabilities.

. . The hotel reception was difficult to reach, and assistance often required waiting until staff appeared, which could take quite a while.
The room itself was spacious and clean; however, housekeeping only serviced the room if the door sign was left out, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, frequently disconnecting every 10 minutes. I would recommend purchasing a local SIM card upon arrival if you need reliable internet access.
Overall, this hotel is acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights, but I would not recommend it for longer visits..
