. The rating is reflective of our general travel experiences. It could be that for this price in Rome the hotel is good as well as the area, however from other experiences I would rate this as average. However, I would like to note that it was very nice of the hotel to upgrade us to a junior suite. The staff were adequate. Again, this may be that we are not used to the customs here. Nothing was particularly unpleasant, but nothing was above average either. A suggestion the the cleaning staff would be to use a little less fragrance, as it seeped into our clothing and we could smell it all day while exploring Rome.. .

Pleasantly surprised! . The hotel was very nice. Extremely accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. As was most of the staff. The restaurant was mediocre compared to the other places in the city we are at. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Rome.. .
