Very good. The property owner was very approachable we kept in contact often and even agreed to extend my stay. Room was very clean and enough for 2 people. We don’t like to drink alcohol or party but we we weren’t disturbed by the music from bar street we could barely hear it so this was a bonus.. .

Amazing stay in the heart of Marmaris. We loved our stay at the apartment!! It's located in the very heart of Grand Bazar and the old town of Marmaris close to the marina and all the restaurants and attractions. The host was extremely thoughtful and attentive and went out of his way to solve our problems. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it's very clean, there's a washing machine which was essential for us, the AC worked very well and the Internet connection allowed me to work. I especially recommend this apartment to those who don't mind walking to the beach and also want to take the ferry to Rhodes, both the beach and the port are within walking distance which is amazing. There is a supermarket nearby in 38 Sokak, so you don't have to walk in the heat. To get to the beach, the best option is to walk through the roofed streets of Grand Bazar as they are air-conditioned somehow.

It would be amazing to have more plates and glasses in the room, a couple of cups for hot drinks, a saucepan, detergent for washing clothes and maybe fabric softener. Other than that - fantastic job! And best of luck in your business!.

. Klimalar düzgün çalışmıyor bu sıcakta. Gece yarısı otele giril yaptık odaya mı hamama mı girdik belli değil. Giriş yapacağımız saat belliydi en azından önceden açıp serinletseydiniz keşke. Odada 1 şişe su yok. Klimayı ayarlıyoruz 18 derece, 2 saat bekledik hiç bir değişiklik yok. Oda girişleri çok dik trabzanı olmayan merdiven. 70 yaşında annemle çıkamadım, inemedim. Gece girip sabah 6 gibi çıktık sokak odadan daha serindi zaten. Öte yandan işletme sahibi daha biz gelmeden aradı , ilgilendi, fakat resepsiyonu olan bir işletme olmadığı için kendisini görmedik şikayetlerimizi telefonla ertesi gün aktardık. Olumlu yanı, odalar çok temiz, içinde kaliteli malzeme mutfak ve banyo bulunuyor . .
