حجزت غرفتين وعند الحضور اتضح ان كل غرفة بمبنى مختلف عن الثاني
الاستقبال خبرنا ان المبنى الثاني يبعد دقيقة وعند الذهاب اتضح انه بعيد وللوصول تمشي بأزقة
لم يناسبنا الفندق ونحن كنا عائلة
ولم يذكر هذا الشي في موقع booking
لم يرد لنا الفندق المبلغ تعاملهم كما هو معروف في اسطنبول.

. قربه من ساحة ارتاكوي وطاقم العمل ودودين والغرف نظيفة ومتاجاوبين في وقت احتاج التنظيف. الوصول الى الفندق بين الازقة وليس ببعيد.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with excellent service and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!. I really liked the cleanliness of the apartment and how comfortable and well-maintained it was. The owner, Parva, was extremely kind and helpful, always responding quickly and assisting with anything I needed. The housekeeping ladies were amazing—friendly, polite, and they cleaned the apartment beautifully with fresh towels every day. The location was perfect and very convenient.
أعجبني جدًا مستوى النظافة في الشقّة وكونها مريحة ومعتنى بها بشكل ممتاز. صاحبة الفندق بارفا كانت في غاية اللطف والتعاون، وترد بسرعة وتساعدني في أي شيء أحتاجه. كما أن العاملتين في التنظيف كانتا رائعتين—لطيفتان ومحترفتان، وتنظيفهما ممتاز ويتم تغيير المناشف يوميًا. الموقع كان رائعًا ومناسبًا جدًا.. Honestly, there was nothing major that I didn’t like. Everything was great and exceeded my expectations.
بصراحة، لا يوجد شيء لم يعجبني. كل شيء كان ممتازًا وفوق توقعاتي..
