SO SO .... Good breakfast clean rooms, helpful staff.. Parking is a chaos. Despite it says free self parking,hotel only have parking for 3 cars and the vale guys are pushing to get your car key and try to squeeze your car in a spot in the street. For whole 1 night my car was parked on the pavement. Somehow elevator smells like pee, either some accident or grey water breaather is linked to elevator shaft. Some lights in the room wasnt working it was quite dark and as the room was very close to next building opening curtains didnt help..

Excellent 4-Night Stay with Great Spa & Outstanding Events Venue. We stayed 4 nights overall and had a very enjoyable experience. The spa was excellent and truly relaxing. The in-house bar and restaurant, Pabellon, was outstanding — I hosted an After New Year party for around 30 people, and the venue generously offered a 20% discount on all orders. Everyone loved the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service, making it a memorable evening.
The rooms were comfortable, and special thanks to Talha at reception for his warm, professional, and welcoming hospitality.
During checkout, I unfortunately forgot my wristwatch in the room. Although it was not found afterward, I would simply advise future guests to double-check personal belongings before leaving.
Overall, a great stay and a property I would happily return to — especially for the spa and Pabellon.. A small note for improvement: breakfast was served in the bar area and felt cold due to no heater, and increasing English-speaking staff would further enhance the experience for international guests..
