Wonderful boutique hotel with the most caring staff and perfect location!. The hotel is at walking distance from all the major attractions in Rome and less then 2min from the Spanish steps. The staff is very polite and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. It’s located in a quiet area and the room was very nice and comfortable.. Didn’t bother us but the room didn’t have a window with a view..

Superb. The location is fantastic, the room and bathroom were clean and well looked after. The reception staff very polite and very eager to help out.. On the first morning there was no hot water as they were doing some works. It is totally understandable as these things do happen but maybe just giving notice to the guests would have been nice to help with planning. Also they didn't change the bat mat everyday, therefore it remained a bit damp..

Excellent choice for our first visit to Rome.. No food included. Location perfect. A sign at the front entrance when arriving after hours..
