Ne iyi ne çok kötü bir otel. Oda genel olarak temiz ancak banyonun ışıkları çalışmıyordu.Koktuk ve yatak konforluydu.Mini bar yoktu.Klimanın kumandası odada mevcut değildi.Tuvalet sifonunun kapağı bozuktu çıkararak çalıştırabildik.Kişisel bakım setleri eksikti.. .

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and transport options just steps away. It made exploring Istanbul so convenient and enjoyable. The room itself was exceptionally clean and had all the appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the modern amenities ensured that we had everything we needed at our fingertips. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their friendly demeanour and commitment to excellent customer service made our stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping was also top-notch, maintaining the room in pristine condition throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel in Istanbul exceeded our expectations in every way.
