Disappointing.. N/A. That was not hotel ,that is a hostel . They don’t have room service and they did not mention that. Every day they were doing some construction and place was so noisy. They never call to replace towels. When I arrived they give me room under the hotel,basically. I told them that is not my booking because i booked with double room balcony. They moved me to another room and asked me to pay 100e more ,which I didn’t want to do. I paid already 554e for normal room . I left two nights earlier because I was so disappointed and I couldn’t relax and sleep because of the noise. Breakfast was so poor. Do go with that at all !!!!So big disappointment!!!.

Great, renovated hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul. Breakfast is either served in the room or in the restaurant area. It's not a buffet, instead you get a nice assortment of vegetables and cheese on trays. The rooms are spacious and everything is newly renovated.. We were on the ground floor and we had ants pop up next to bathroom doors. Nothing a bit of hair spray couldn't fix, but we kept finding alates flying around which was slightly annoying..

Disappointing. The location is the best : hotel is located in a nice area on the Asian side of Istanbul.. - I made an early reservation for one standard room as I was travelling alone as a solo traveller. But five days before my arrival as I was in contact with the hotel, they pretended I had a reservation for 3 standard rooms instead of one room, which was completely false ! I strongly rejected this statement and asked them to search from where this mistake came. They said they would check it out and come back to me. I had to recontact them myself two days before my arrival to learn that it was due to an error that occurred as they switched to a new booking system and that they cancelled the wrong booking. Waiting for this problem to be sorted out, I lived stressful days before my arrival imagining I could be asked to pay for two additional rooms I never booked. That was not a pleasant situation. - At check-in at hotel, their credit card reader machine was not functioning, so payment couldn't be processed. They tried it twice without success and told me they would contact their bank to solve the problem so we could try it again the day after. The problem was not coming from my credit card as just 3 days before I paid with it for my hotel in Spain and it worked perfectly without any problem. - First night I spent there was awful. The room was very hot like a sauna, and very noisy because next to the reception (sound isolation is really bad). And the air conditioner fixed facing the bed was not well placed, I ended up with a soar throat as when turned on it was blowing cold air directly on my chest and my throat while lying on the bed. So, I had to turn it off to sleep and endured the heat. As I was suffocating and couldn't sleep, I opened the bathroom window at night to get some fresh air, but unfortunately, I got a mosquito in the room that kept me awake until sun rises. It was a terrible sleepless night after a tiring long travel and jetlag. I was exhausted 😩 - At noon, I went to the reception to try it again with the payment by card..
