Very bad experience. Don’t like at all it is very bad. No body understands No elevators for luggage Noisy neighbors all the time Not clean No good breakfast.

Exceptional. I chose to stay in this hotel several times, it has a great location, the blue hotel is classic and very cute, but we are definitely waiting for the elevator to choose this hotel again... thanks🦋🦋🦋. .

Very good. Location,staff. Floor in rooms is old and it need reparation.

Family friendly and kind. It’s very family friendly and have very helpful and kind staff. Hotel building is very old its for Greece age and around 200 years. Neighbor is a police station and it was very safe. There’s a very helpful and kind reception name parsa and other staff are also very polite and kind.. .

Exceptional. لوکیشن خیلی خوبی داره داخل خیابان استقلاله از لحاظ لوکیشن خیلی خوبه کنار هتل مرکز پلیس هست و امنیت هتل رو چندین برابر کرده... هتل کوچیک اما فارسی زبان دارند و برای کسایی که مشکل زبان دارند خیلی راحت هست 😍😍😍. .

Disappointing. Nothing. And I have visited many places around the world, but this was top low hotel.. All. Not clean, old furniture, no real reception only one table under the stairs, Better not mentioning bathroom, because it was one of worst places I had to shower. No elevator. And for finish, next day you will get breakfast served on the construction site as they name dinning room. About 30 plates with food prepared and placed along some corridor. No, thank you. After all it was not cheap. We have booked because we were late and I saw good review (10). I am sure, someone of staff wrote it..

Exceptional. هتل خیلی اروم و ساکتی بود کنارش بخاطر اداره پلیس امنیت خیلی بالایی داشت داخل خیابان هست بخاطر وجود پرسنل فارسی زبان راحتتر تونستم ارتباط برقرار کنم. نسبت به قیمتش خیلی مناسب بود.

Very good. staff were amazing and friendly they could speak at least in 4 languages. Mr. Hariri was so helpful and patient with our miss understood situation about payment. He speak Arabic and English fluently and he also knows Spanish. it was super heart warming that they were so hospitable. Narin could speak persian too so we had no difficulty in explaining things. housekeeping was fast in helping us with services. room was clean. it had safe box for money and etc. hotel's location is also great 50 foot till you reach Istiklal street , there is lots of café and restaurant around hotel and also there is a bakery and restaurant which also serve breakfast and amazing burek near by. exchange is so close to the hotel. in other hand because of Taksim polis Merkezi near hotel the alley is super safe at mid night.. the light in bathroom was automatic (which is very amazing point in order to saving energy )but it would turn off so quickly. in the shower you should move continuously to keep in turn on. funny situation :)).
