Exceptional. The hotel is located in the center of the historical district. Every major tourist attraction can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the manager speaks perfect Russian which is very nice. We were leaving for our flight in the middle of the night and couldn't catch the hotel breakfast, but he arranged breakfast boxes for us.
We also used the hotel transfer to the airport which was quite comfortable and arrived strictly on time.. .

Exceptional. Very clean, good breakfast, very close to the main atractions ( to the moschee, to the main bulevard) and the stuff helpful ( they helped us to find a cheaper parking and even offered assistance to come with us to the parking). Every day we had the room cleaned, the towels changed.. -.

Disappointing. Access to facilities. The manager didnt even care to say a bye or asked a review of our stay despite talking with him everyday. There was only 1 staff that helped us to transfer our luggage to taxi..

Excellent. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff were incredibly helpful and even accommodated an early check-in, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. We stayed in an economy room which was very small room, but that’s to be expected given the lower price – it was still comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for the money!. .
