Nonetheless great experience overall. I liked the location and the spa facilities, also the staff were pretty nice everywhere from the entrance personnel to the cleaners. Very respectful and polite.. I didn’t like the slippery floor in the spa facilities especially that the slippers that were provided made the things worse. I didn’t enjoy the women’s showers as it felt it wasn’t looked after to the standards I’d expected..
