Good. location, perfect breakfast (however, they don't serve in the hotel, you have to go to another place - 8 min. walk/700m). Stuff are great.. Cleaness - a lot of dust in some places. At the same time please keep in mind this place is between hills - so for 3 out of 4 directions from the hotel you need to go up.

Exceptional. I had an amazing experience at the Külsümz Hotel from start to finish. Everything about this hotel is perfect, from the friendly staff to the beautiful rooms.
The hotel is near tram station and bus stop. Inside is very nice with a stylish and comfortable design. My room was cozy , and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable.
The service was outstanding. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and always ready to assist.

Superb. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures, which was a great relief. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to assist us at any hour of the day or night. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel was also exceptionally clean, and all the amenities were just as described. The location was fantastic—only a 5-6 minute walk to Galataport and less than a 10-minute walk to Istiklal Street. It was very easy to reach all the main tourist attractions from here.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Istanbul!. Nothing.

Very friendly and helpful team. exceptional service and value for money. Exceptional service by entire team. The manager and duty staff went out of their way to look after us. We arrived an hour earlier than scheduled check in time; nevertheless, they readied our room. They gave very good advice on local places to see, purchases, food and other items as needed. They asked for our interests and budget and then recommended these appropriately. .
