. The hotel left a rather negative and disappointing impression. On the positive side, it has a convenient location and a beautiful view of the waterfront.
However, the downsides clearly outweigh the benefits. There is a persistent unpleasant smell on the first floor coming from the kitchen. The floors in the room are very cold, and slippers are not provided, which makes staying in the room uncomfortable. The bathroom is extremely cold, with an icy floor, making it very unpleasant to use.
The staff seemed unfriendly and not guest-oriented. Overall, the level of service and comfort does not match the stated category. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating, and I have no desire to return.. .

Great experience, I'll stay there again for my next trip to Barcelona for sure.. I loved my stay there. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was great, the food was delicious. I couldn't have made a better choice.. .
