Мошенничество.. Информация о стандартном номере,предоставленная на сайте НЕ ВЕРНАЯ,граничащая с Мошенничеством!!! По факту: 1.Площадь номера 22 кв.м !!! с Видом на стену,расположенную на расстоянии 4 метра от окна. И это не самый отчаянный вариант,ведь есть Стандартные номера с видом из окна в ....Коридор!!! 2.Холодильник(супер мини) не работал,заменили через 2 дня. 3.Крайне Неудобные раковина для умывания и ванная кабинка.Подводка к душу сломана,течет(так и не починили).Халатов НЕТ. 4.Стола НЕТ. Стульев НЕТ. 5.Из освещения в номере присутствует 2 прикроватных ночника(бра) и ...ВСЕ!! 6.Кондиционер есть,но воспользоваться им Невозможно,пульт просто Не дают!!! 7.Отопление практически отсутствует.Батарее едва теплые.. .

Would not return. The guy was lovely at the reception. The lady was rude in reception, the location was great but overall for what’s available I would avoid. Good for one or two nights but not great at all. .

Worst hotel in Istanbul . Unfortunately we had a bad experience at monarch hotel. On arrival our taxi driver got lost numerous times, when we said we are not paying for the full fare he made a scene and then went inside to try and get the hotel to charge us more for the room so he could get the money out of us that way, which they did. Lucky I had proof of payment for the extra bed. When the taxi driver tried to take my father outside to fight him I just gave him the extra cash to get him out. Everyone that night was on the taxi drivers side. To turn the lights off in our room we had to take the card out of the socket, which meant we had no power or air conditioning that night. We didn't bother asking to fix it. The room also stank like a sewer. The next morning we asked for a map of istanbul, they of course had none. Unfortunately I had already booked and payed the same hotel for the end of our tour around Turkey, and when we got to the hotel late at night there was troubles again. There was no extra bed in the room, the bed had been layed in, there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts next to the bed and food in the fridge and rubbish in the bins. The young lad on who was new put me and my sister in a new room and put my dad in another room free of charge. When I asked him what time checkout was he had no idea. The next day the owner tried to charge us for the extra room, but when I showed him my proof of paying for the extra bed he backed off. When we left he told us to rate his hotel 10/10. . .

Sıradan bir otel... Semt biraz varoş ama otelin konforu fiyatına göre fena değil. Bir de otel siteleri üzerinden rezervasyon yapmadığınız zaman evlenme cüzdanı sormaları hem yasal değil hem de saçma.. Bir de balkonlu oda veriyoruz size diyorlar ama balkon kilitli ve çıkamıyorsunuz. Sebebini sorduğunuzda da otel politikası diye saçma bir cevap vermeleri de çok saçmaydı bence.. Bunları bilmeniz lazım eğer bu otelde konaklama düşünüyorsanız... .

Buon hotel per budget ristretti. Arrivati alle 11 di sera, all'inizio un pò sconcertati dalla dimensione della camera e dalla mancanza di una bottiglia d'acqua, già dal secondo giorno ci siamo organizzati e tutto è andato bene. Siamo stati allietati da qualche zanzara. In camera c'è un diffusore antizanzara, ma non funziona. . .

good value for the money. Really good value for the money. Nice staf, most of them could speak English. some problems with the warm water. It's not in the most touristy area so taxis can have a hard time finding it. But it's walking distance to the subway. .

. Hôtel sympas et pas cher. J'ai choisit la chambre la moins chère , de ce fait pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur (la mienne donnait sur le hall), du coup j'entendais tous les vas et viens dans le hall. Chambre petite et mal insonorisée, pour trouver le sommeil c'est l'enfer et bonjour les crises de nerf. Personnel sympas, chambre propre et personnel sympas. Hôtel situé dans un quartier très populaire, moi j'ai aimé mais ça peut en effrayer certains.. .

Das Hotel war ok . Also als ich im Hotel angekommen bin habe ich nicht das bei Expedia gewünschte Zimmer erhalten, musste für ein ähnliches Zimmer Vorort zuzahlen damit ich überhaupt das bekomme was ich schon bezahlt habe, laut Hotel hat Expedia nicht die Information weitergeben das ich zwei Einzel Betten haben möchte eine Frechheit. Ich werde nie wieder in diese Hotel gehen , und über Expedia werde ich auch nicht buchen.Ich fühle mich über den Tisch gezogen,einfach nur traurig das man nicht das bestätigte erhält, ich habe dies Vorort am Hotel gesagt aber weil alles auf deutsch war und die Vorort nur Türkische oder etwas englisch könnten wurde mir gesagt machen sie das mit Expedia aus und wer zahlt mir jetzt meine 30€ zurück die ich zu viel gezahlt habe ? Die ich aus zwei geründen gezahlt habe 1. Kein anderes Hotel frei in der Nähe. 2. Es war kurz vor Mitternacht Flug war verspätet gelandet. Ich will meine 30€ zurück!!!!!!!!! . .
