Exceptional. The lady at the reception was very helpful. She guided me with directions and told me where I could do good and affordable shopping. The check-in was easy. Overall, it was a good experience.. .

Bad experience and we won’t book there again. The location was excellent. No facilities no phone to contact the reception No tissue no baskets for garbage There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Bad. . It was old,dirty.The shower was broken as well as the furniture. The bed linen was old and dirty. There was no soap.When I asked it at the reception,they brought me half used bottles of shampoo. The room had a nice view of the Bosphorus but I couldn’t enjoy it because there was awful smell on the balcony.The air duct of the Indian bar that was located on the 1st floor of the hotel was exactly on my balcony.The smell was so awful,I felt like throwing up every time I went to the balcony. I was really disappointed with the hotel and I don’t recommend it..
