Superb. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights when we first arrived in Istanbul. This is a family owned property managed by a family. They are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Bed sheets are clean and smell so fresh. The shower is modern and has a good size. We paid around 70 USD per night with breakfast. Breakfast consists of cheese and vegetables, and you can ask for delicious shakshuka or eggs with onions and tomato. A cook from Iran will cook it deliciously for you. They also have a pool operating in summer. I think this is the second best hotel in the area in terms of price and quality ratio in this area. It is close to forest and offers breathtaking views on beautiful trees and forests appearing like huge brocoli. NOTE they do not have toothbrashes. But you can by from them for 2 EUR or nearby mini markets.. .

Sadness, Disappointment. The bed and pillows were amazing. For a 5 star hotel that's all that is worth saying.. For a 5 star hotel, I booked a king suite with a spa tub and it was extremely disappointing. The spa bath took more than 2 hours to fill because the pressure was so low. The bathroom shower had no hot water. It kept on fluctuating while I had a shower, which was disappointing and frustrating 😒. The breakfast was absolutely sad and disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I expected a lot better for 50 euros..
