Had to book another hotel. . This hotel is absolutely aweful. Left after the 1st night. The ac doesn’t go below 82 degrees. Told the front desk girl. Had to go down three times because the manager wouldn’t show up. They changed my room, but the second was the same. After arguing with the night clerk he changed me to a third room with dirty stained bed sheets. Your feet touch the ceiling when your laying in bed. You will 100% regret booking here. . .

Noisy, no housekeeping, issues with water and light. Location is great and close to tram and ferry. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything as if the other hotel guests are in your room (you can hear their phone vibrate, every step they take, every conversation). You can hear everything at the coffee shop outside too. We had white noise on and earplugs in and it was still too loud. The room is sufficiently spacious and decent for the price, but the water turned off one morning so we couldn’t shower or even wash our hands. We let the staff know, but it was a bit difficult to explain the issue since they don’t speak much English, although they did get it turned back on by the afternoon. Additionally, we stayed 4 nights and housekeeping only came once. We specifically requested on the second day after they didn’t come on the first, but they still didn’t come because we “might be in the room” (we were out from 10am-5pm which should be plenty of time for them to clean. Lastly, the closet light would not shut off and lit the room very bright at night. We told the staff but they did not fix it.. .
