Very disastrous. Arriving at the hotel at 23.10 on 14th of February 2025, I was extremely disappointed . The receptionist told me and my husband that our booking was cancelled. There was no email or previous messages to us in accordance with such insensitive information. We decided to make. Fresh booking because it was very late already and he said there was no room available. So in actual sense they sold our reservation to other people and that was very unprofessional and unacceptable. We left in anger to another hotel. I still have the reservation reference number. So annoying customer service.. .
